I believe we should be able to enjoy anything and everything in moderation. I believe in wine with dinner. I believe in eating whole fresh organic produce. I believe that eating fat is vital to having a healthy body and mind and when eaten correctly, should be consumed with every meal. I believe we should challenge our own belief system. I believe that we should all educate ourselves on where our food comes from and choose to support local farmers who are raising animals that have a happy life, living free out in the sun and grazing on open pasture. I believe we should all be more aware of how our purchases impact the environment. I believe we can all make a difference.
